yes its a wellknown street artist. But the minature price was also done for volkswagen some years ago. Nothing new.
In my country people still this things, i don´t know why but they do it.

we've got to remember the consumer primarily switches off to advertising..... can you see passers by going to the trouble of bending down while on their busy way to have a look see....? i think not. this is ambient right? and yes, i agree, if i saw this, i'd probably jippo it.... would look fab on my dashboard!
