I think you need a lot of shoes yes. It's a bit ironic though, they want to have a clean street but they 'polute' it themselve with shoes... ;p

I didn't mean a pair of shoes but this is a serious obstacle for ppl on the street. They should've put them on the side of the road or just a couple here-and-there... that would get your attention too with the message attached. If you make the masses angry, you won't convince them about anything.

this is very good, i like all the shoes looks like art i want to find out more. if i seen a few shoes i'd think lazy no imapact.
