The colors over gray are cartoonish.

Did the agency write all the good comments here? because there can't be that many people with bad taste.

Fun, as in "I have fun listening to Abba"?

Donatos deserves a campaign sop much better. This is junk. Just bad.

This could be any pizzy joint....All pizza has cheese that stretches so I'm not been told WHY this pizza is different to any others. No USP..

So then how do you go about selling a parody product that is no different than its competitors? If you can portray a simple benefit in a memorable (aka creative) way, you can still sell effectively - so long as it's your product and your product alone which owns the simple benefit in the minds of the consumer.

That being said, I'm not a fan of this billboard. Seems done to me; where's the innovation?

That's the key: "in a memorable way." This campaign is not. It's not even close.

Bland layout. Bland colors. Bland font. Bland idea.

I like the idea a lot, but something about the execution does not induce my desire for pizza.

It looks like it was art directed by someone who took one advertising class at a community college. That's probably that "something." Are the CDs doing anything there?
