Good as a one-off.
But a twist on the headline and/or change of focus for the visual with each execution would make a better campaign.
I really like these (apart than it's one ad executed 3 times...)

IMHO it would be better when the De La Croix house would be shown in detail trough a magnifying glass (photo).
