Meh. So what if you only ever see this at night? Or during the day?
normally those kind of ads are located near a busy area, either on public transportation routes or near a highway ;) they work pretty well - we had a few installations in austria as well
Yeah I thought about that. It's just the area looks particularly quiet - during the day at least
