Yes, INSTRUCTION: include foreground objects in retouched ambient, to make it believable. Preferably moving elements as well.

I think you all give this too much credit because it is using placement well, but really, the idea itself is terrible: "Don't hide your smile" and the imagery of a face with the smile cut out. Come on! I can think of so many better ways to communicate this message.
OK, Personally I like this ad, but whats one of your ideas that is better?
