Hi there! Here's the rationale to this stunt. Juan, this actually happened and the guy is not the copywriter's brother ;)
This is a Guerrilla Stunt from Torke to the motorway management company Brisa, that wanted to have a different presence at the sustentability festival Green Fest. To advertise it's recycling project - Ecovia - that makes elements of the motorways out of recycled material, promoters walked in big wheels that reproduced the texture of tires on the outside and had grass on the inside (a reproduction of the instalation created by students of Dalhousie University). People who went to the festival could walk inside the wheel and feel closer to nature.
