if this is real advertising and not a desperate attempt to win an award, it needs a headline. otherwise regular people wont get it.

I'm pretty darn blind. Personally, when I can't read things at my eyecare doctor I get pretty peeved. "Don't they understand I wouldn't be here if I wasn't blind? Why is this type in this dumb eye brochure so small?" It kinda feels like they're mocking me. "Haha if your vision didn't suck, you could totally read this!"

That's just a personal perception.
