Anad: Boucher
ANAD is a pro bono organisation that educates the public about the dangers of anorexia. They asked us to help them raise money and awareness. To demonstrate the unhealthy beauty ideals promoted by the media and fashion industry we re-painted world famous masterpieces. These paintings were then displayed in fine art museums - exactly where visitors would expect to see manifestations of true beauty.

Certainly innovative, but I feel it's pushing it too far. Why museums? The target goes to museums???
What hath God wrought
exactly! should place it somewhere where the target audience can easily have access to the painting.
to much cannes, to less advertising.. its another discipline ... it is perfect executed ! strange...
well, maybe in the museum there are no anorexic, but for sure donators and people who will understand and maybe help.
GREAT IDEA AND BEAUTIFUL EXECUTION...
could you pelase explain what's so great about this idea?
can't see anything fascinating.
Yes it is a good and "healthy" idea... Instead of what was beautiful and normal centuries ago u see something what seam to be more and more normal these days, skeletal and unhealthy anorexic girls... I think this is a good example as an image and hopefully w a positive impact to the people.
this is pretty insane, but i like how the paintings are made
