Al Ain Zoo: World Water Day, Lion
Average: 6 (35 votes)

Think about what you could save when you save water.

On the occasion of World Water Day (22 March), we came up with this starkly visual idea to highlight the problems that will arise for flora, fauna and humankind if we do not use water wisely. The objective was to use these posters and ads sponsored by Al Ain Zoo to catch the attention of people in a highly graphic manner. Do have a look-see.

This seems more like an Ambient idea, nothing interesting when represented as an outdoor idea

I think the water should go in than the whole pipeline...

If the pipeline enters the lion, when one leaves the tap running, the lion drinks. Which is of course the opposite of what they want to say. This is very lazy.

i dont get it...

The pipe is connected to the lion's mouth = the more water i use, the more water will be passed to the lion!

Sorry you guys got it wrong, encouraging wastage rather than saving is a fail if you ask me.

I think it's an analogy, sort of cracking-the-wall-with-wasted-water-means-killing-the-lion thing. Still, it's too much of an explanation for what should be an easily understood ad.
