Here is an idea promote sex visually with as many people as possible and then offer a solution that doesn't work.
Condoms break and they are not 100% effective in preventing Aids.

But other than celibacy, condoms are still the best way to prevent HIV infections.
99% doesn't cut it if you are in the 1% that gets it. So if celibacy until marriage is the 100% safe way, that gets my vote. It is almost as if it was designed that way.
