seems a bit inefficient to create a facebook page for each and every person you want to advertise to. you'd have to create a unique email address for each one. then create a facebook page. which is against facebook's terms of service. if they actually did try to do this, they'd likely get blocked from facebook for spamming. but it's fake. so it doesn't matter.

It's very similar and I much prefer the condom idea. Minus two stars for practicality.
