Yeah, pushing a button on your phone is a real hassle.
Drawing could be better? Are you serious? The drawing is generated by GPS tracking your movements via your phone. This is a great app. I'll definitely check it out next time I'm in MoMA's neck of the woods.
Reminds me of Farfar's Nokia campaign, where they call it location art or something.
Still cool though!
