Malaria No More UK has launched ‘Be The Net’, an interactive awareness campaign fronted by British tennis star Andy Murray.
The campaign invites the UK public to add their face to a virtual mosquito net, via twitter, Facebook or email. The campaign was created by London ad agency Johnny Fearless in partnership with Jozo Creative and Malaria No More UK’s in-house team.
Every person who joins helps grow the net and build a visual groundswell of mass support for action to make malaria no more. Once signed up, users are encouraged to share their support via social media, find their friends and Andy Murray in the net, learn more about the cause or email their MP showing their support for UK action on malaria, including the Government’s pledge to help at least halve malaria deaths in at least 10 of the worst affected countries by 2015.
