Wow! this certainly is great. Is it like an application or something? But yet great job.
And then GOD said...
Let there be creativity!!!
I wonder if they really expect people to go "WOW where can I download this??"
It doesn't 'add' anything and I wouldn't think about downloading this crap widget.

YOU wouldn't. Many people would get it just to show its "coolness" to their friends.
Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftime better than master of one.
I can only speak for myself, that's what I did. You do speak for others, which you cannot. Let's wait for other people responses.

i can dig it
Who would download this? Answer: nobody. It provides ZERO functionality, and is actually fairly annoying to use – as opposed to designating a 'hot corner' for sleep, or simply pressing "OPT - CMD - EJECT".

"I love some things, and don't love some other things."
You got a point here but it's still cool for the average user. Even if you don't use for yourself you comment about it to other people.

I'm sort of two ways about this - I think the idea is pretty cool, I would probably at least download the widget and use it once before i forgot about it or trashed it- that's if it looked different, the wires just make it look cheap and tacky, if it were a bit more swish looking it would be better
mac os is the worst choice for this... with windows it could make some sense.. (at least a sense of humor)
what the feck? who would want to do this? isn't it easy enough?
interesting idea, but heay!? I why would I even download this widget in the first place?
Then annoying the user with a fake turn off.. nahh.. not working!
i think maybe it would be good for windows users!! not for mac lol
i think it is a good idea but i wont download it!

It would be good for internal marketing though. They would have the interesting in downloading it and it has great "cool" value.
