First thought: Ugh...
Someone saw the Glue London creative for Mini and did a really poor copy of it.
And when I say poor, I mean they scraped the bottom of their creative barrel and kept scraping. Bad script, poor video, awful interface and without asking the right questions to begin with the final video that's sent to 'your friend' means that there is no correlation to their own life. For example, Cindy says we met in Spain - let me tell you, Spain is the last place people go on 18-30 holidays (which I'm assuming this is aimed at) and are more likely to spend their holidays in Greece or Cyprus.
And, if you're going to do a personalised video, make sure you've got the budget to actually provide more than one bizarre scenario, make sure the actors say names (so users can choose), etc.
