I think this is brilliant for publicity. The campaign goal was to educate the workforce that they are effective placing executive level talent. I'm not sure how they accomplished this goal, but they definitely received recognition. If executive positions were available when new candidates visited their site, I would imagine it worked quite well.

I've seen other companies "hire" people for contests. They're usually heavily supervised :)

haha, agreed with all the above comments. I trust the company did not just leave the student alone in the boardroom for a month. Great campaign, definitely a heavy-hitter!
