I didn't really like the acting and the "insight" of being too attached to one's furniture seems a bit of a stretch.

Yep it reminds me of the Ikea lamp ad but i must say this one is funnier. Not new, but is another way to tell the same joke.

Same concept but the Spike Jones ikea one is better because you don't need to impersonate a piece of furniture for the idea to work.
