looks nice, but sorry: i'm pretty sure never ever in the whole world, a magic shop asked a ad agency to design a shopping bag.
sorry, but some things don't happen.
… and don't buy something too heavy, or the fishing line will magically chop of your fingers
abracadbra !

*disappears as well*
Sorry... maybe you should do research and give valid comments instead.
Well, the fish line can supports up to 8KG fish assuming the fish line is 5 pound.
Nice Idea. Simple.
You wanna try holding a fishing line with 8kg of stuff hanging from it. Ouch.
Umm - the line may be rated to 5 pound but you will be very lucky to find a shopping bag made of a stack that could support this. I suspect that it would either rip through the bag of the persons hand. Let's stop pretending and call this for the scam that it is.
i agree your point.
this is a good example for Sin: "IF IT DOESN'T WORK. IT DOESN'T WIN"
smart and fun. hopefully the bag doesn't get too heavy with that dental floss handle.
Nice approch...
makes it interesting...

NO ANOTHER BAG PLEASE¡
the problem is that customers would all HATE this bag, which. Holding fishing line is not comfortable at all. So this is an idea that was created w/o thinking about the consumers in mind - thus not a good or creative advertising.
nice idea for a ghost brief
i like it. it's fun to hold, and messes with passerbys who will do a double take as you walk pass.
and frankly, tell me one magic stuff that weighs 8kg and fits in a bag that small? seriously folks.
I visit the magic-i shop in Malaysia!
Never seen the bag before.
Sure this isn't one of those ideas just for awards?
I've bought things from them but never gotten this bag before.
I really wonder if this is even real...
Well I personally find it degrading that this is being demoted to "just for awards". Just because clients may not necessarily have the budget (or the balls) to run a good creative doesn't mean that it doesn't work.
Anyone can do scam. Agencies should have the balls to convince clients to use their budget for good creativity.
Has nothing to do with Agency balls. We obviously put time and effort into developing, creating, shooting and selling. It doesn't always work out that a client will take a risk. So how is Micronesia? Do you have a big budget there? Want to buy all my scams?
Good creativity doesn't sell itself. Creatives can convince clients to run scam because it doesn't cost the client f*ck all, and as long as it doesn't damage the brand they don't really care.
Agencies should have the balls to sell good creative, preferably following a solid strategy. Often they lack good account people to put up a good fight, too many yes-men nodding along with the client.
Scam for the corner shop is too easy, at least try for a P&G or a Unilever brand.
No thanks, I don't want your scam because I have enough here already. Who says I actually live/work in Micronesia? Do you believe everything you read on the internet?
I understand your perspective perfectly, Toro. My original and current point was that people are all too quick to say that things are done 'just for the awards', when in reality it is an idea that would really work with a decent insight.
There are agencies, and there are agencies. Balls or no balls may determine whether that good idea is sold, but not whether the good idea is good.
if in SG didnt win anything, going to MY is even tougher!
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Yah.... have you ever seen the gold campaign in Cannes or One Show in your local newspapers or the billboard at the corner outside your apartment?
Give it a break.
Nice idea.
errrr... is this the same girl of this ad?
http://adsoftheworld.com/media/ambient/pantene_slippery
your eyes so sharp huh! can tell this is totally a "SCAMS" as well as the pantene ad!
errr..... wonder it's you have sharp eye or you just sabo your own colleague?
are you and AD or Writer from GREY? or your work not been selected and so you sabo?
Nice... love it... well done... great job... Finally some good work of paper bag... smart... fun... Nice approch... makes it interesting... Simple... Stop this Mr.Sin! its not practical at all! this is too lame!
