Like the idea but.... will it really change deep behavior ? Don't think so.... it's a one shot action
it's nice. and what else can they do than giving away condoms for free? i think this will work better than any campaign you have to remember in such a moment

the wording is a little confusing, collect and trade with your friends.
"retrievable" would have been better.
