I love how "traditional" agencies are doing essentially PR these days, and even bad, flat ideas are suddenly SO FRESH!! Because it's not a PR agency that did it. Or a direct agency. Or an events agency.

Also I don't believe in the numbers in outcome section. They're out of a blue.
Ok.. just to give more direction to everybody. In Brazil, little kids who lives on the streets try to collect some money from drivers at the lights. When you stop, they go in front of your car and start doing some tricks, etc, with the tennis balls, hoping you cans pare some changes. So the campaign make sense, considering all that it's focused on taking those kind of kids out of the streets.
