Im sure they could make it work for much more than just boob jobs. For instance they could make it look like a stomach with with same rubber material lumpy and rolled and when the card is stretched the stomach flattens out.

An obvious little gag yes, but who would take seriously any plastic surgeon who handed this over as their business card? Tacky, cheap and not all that clever. Definitely not someone I would trust to slice n dice me.

Well it's cute, sure. But I have to agree with what some have said about this being a disturbing card for a surgeon. That hits at the core of my objection to it. Who wants Ronald McDonald cutting on them?
There'd be a better color than pink, too, which just cheapens/sleazes/cloys it up a little further.
