I like the idea, but I think you need to include some perforations (FedEx envelope).

SO krautland, if you bothered reading the rest of my comment, you will see I suggested a way to make it more accessible for the consumer.
Getting a printer to make it is not the point. Having your target audience open it the way it needs to be opened (in order to get the full effect/message) IS THE POINT.

which is really simple unless you are a bleeding amateur.
If you really believe people will open up the envelopes like it is being depicted, then good for you.
I on the other hand would prefer to know that they are opening it the way I want them to.
ANYWAY, you see it one way, I see it another. Time to move on :)
