I don't think so, in fact the only stuff in common here are just the business cards "media", sure not the comunication concept, moreover both works were published in january 2008.
Sorry, I don't see why "Be the change" should look like "Dare-magazine-cards". It looks different, the idea behind is totally different and the design of the cards is fabulous. Compliments.
