the performance is what kills this... it's so one tone, so full on and so comic-book that the ad ends up dragging rather than building.

Shame about this. The performance is downright mundane and subsequently the ad kinda sucks in the end. Snickers globally is doing nice work - perhaps the ME region needs to stick to what works.

Did any of you try pressing the pause button to put the snickers bar in the wrestler's hand? This is a game, not a commercial. It takes a few tries to get it, so they probably didn't want to distract the user with a rich and nuanced performance.

As a minute-long video, it's certainly boring, but as game-like object and a novel use of the video interface, it's great. I really like it!
