Poor flowers!

They should have placed fewer smashed pots, but placed them under balconies and then, instead of placing the "this is friday the 13th" signs in the pots, they should have placed them underneath the balconies.
When you see a single smashed flowerpot like that, you will always look up to see where it fell from and ... voila! The message takes you by surprise!
