great idea. just one thought, though: let´s say I go to the fruit juice bar, notice the straw, love it, and want to do something about it... where's the Yoga Center? what's the phone number? is this vital info on the other side of the straw, perhaps? let's hope so...
It's probably not done for real.. I doubt that you could even print full colour images in that quality on a straw. But the idea is good anyway!
