I must say this is a good idea...

But on a second note, the location of this outdoor advertising is in a Singapore subway, and the agency behind this idea is from Philippines... So it's pretty apparent that this was never ran in the Philippines, and I don't think it was ran in Singapore as well Pretty obvious it's scam.

It's not a scam. I worked on this ad and it was an internal competition with a working brief from P&G. When our agency won, we realized that the product wasn't released in the Philippines. Since our idea won, we had to produce and release it in the closest country possible that had the product: which is Singapore. :)
