I don't like it. And I also don't see it working very well, I mean, it is kind of an expensive idea if you want to reach a medium audience and most people have learned not to touch with their hands what is on their shoes, so..

.: look for the green giant on the label :.

How is this an expensive idea? An expensive idea is a shitty TV spot that doesn't get the message across as strongly as they did. And unless they're lying in the explanation, it worked quite effectively.

Needless to say, I like it. Strong message with creative execution. Nice work.

Agree. Idea's great but execution laggers. All you want to do with your shoes is put them on and take them off. And the UNICEF information booths are already giving them the information they want. Why add more to it?

Real landmines would send the message a lot better ^^

But I really like the idea but I think the execution is hard and expensive. The visual above only shows 1 surface, which is perfect. No wind, no rain, person that steps on it 'full-on' not half, and if you want it to work on all surfaces you have to make a lot of textures = expensive as well, both in press costs and work costs.

Very nice idea! Cost wise, I don't think it'll be very high! The brief state clearly the locations that you need to be present at; hence, you are not spreading horizontally!
I think the idea delivered the message in a creative manner and met the brief; good job!

I like the idea but it was done a while ago.

It is a student's work that is for applying a program of WK platform in London.
The brief is about finding a solution for things that test our patience.

Dang - I presented this very idea to Red Cross 4,5 years ago and they didn't like it, had planned to resurrect it this summer. But I'm happy that someone at least brought it to life, but at the same time sad that it wasn't me...
