Bashar, i didn't see your name at any work over here or you are only Concept Critic?!

mikelite's picture 1028 pencils

ouch, someone's pissy. seriously dude, there's a thousand opinions out there, don't let it get to you. If you think your turd is gold, then love it like a baby.

bandar's picture 26 pencils

i think its good... really emotional... NEW .... i loved it
great job fahad ....

BASHAR's picture

Hey, nothing personal, but I cant say "wow" to the concept. Putting the yellow sign under the blue one can actually mean "keep the place clean and help us pick it up later" especially to people who may can't read English if its in the UAE, or to kids playing around they might feel curious to open the trash can and see what’s inside, the illustration used is simply confusing if you chose to put it for real in the restaurant.
On the left side it’s just a normal sign nothing creative about it.
I'd love to donate but without feeling guilty each time I eat outside.

FAHAD's picture 85 pencils

The message here is not to donate food but it's to REMIND the audience how many millions ding starving and i thing there is nothing to get confused about.

Dotnl's picture

I'm sorry but i don't like it as well. I know many people are pore... this ad tries to ask a donation and that's not clear. Need i donate trash? Not so smart, not so good.

Guest's picture

very ordinary

Guest's picture

i think it's not outstanding, but it's ok... for me the concept is clear, the message goes straight to the point without any confussions... simple and direct, so it works

i just hate reading people around here who just crticize the work with a simple "i don't like it".. come one, it's not about "likings", it's about ideas, messages and efectivity... maybe you won't like something, but if it works and the message goes straight to the point, then it's good.

it's easy to talk but so hard to make good things, huh?

Guest's picture

You should put this ad in that trashbin :-)

Zeid's picture

Interesting twist on the typical 'trash graphic image' Fahad.

I don't know how effective it will be in such a small size and position. Maybe it should be on a larger sign near the trashbin to make it more prominent.

Hero's picture

I think the problem is that we have all actually witnessed homeless people eating out of dumpsters. So telling us about it on a sign doesn't really spark any emotion.

Zulu's picture 84 pencils

This is almost good idea.

Not embarrasing, but probably not worth sending in for ad-guy opinion.

Saving my wit for the comments

Lee Clow's picture

Great piece of work.

FAHAD's picture 85 pencils

are you lee Clow " LEE CLOW "??

Guest's picture

i dont knon.i want to know who make it?

FAHAD's picture 85 pencils

it's me

Guest's picture

For all your critizers: A critic is only usefull if you can offer a better idea!!! if not, shut up

ivan's picture

A critique doesn't have to offer a solution.

whitespace's picture 2061 pencils

Will you guys hate me if I said I like it?

Guest's picture

Your graphic is fine but it doesn't give any indication of what to do next. Donate your uneaten food to -? Go ahead and garbage dive this bin..? If the idea is to convey a universal viewpoint of waste, then it works. But I doubt the average mall patron will have the time or interest to pay attention to this concept as delivered by the graphic alone.

penwirk's picture

I think its a decent idea, at least its original. And i think if people can critic, then they can do even better work.. so pls show what you have done before critising other pples work.

itsme.'s picture

i think the idea is "ok"
but the placement is a little "off". I think it's should have been more prominant and visible.

Ainadaliel's picture 283 pencils

I agree.

I won't really see it clearly unless I bend over to read the copy.

Which would make ME look like the person who's rummaging through the trash for food, LOL!

Guest's picture

Much ado about nothing

g2coo's picture

A powerful message but doesn't make any sense putting it on a trash bin. What do you expect the person to do ....donate the leftover food? Or go back to the table and finish the leftovers???

saman's picture 52 pencils

It` s not just about the food you are eating at the right time it`s about donation in
every way that it is possible.

Wags's picture 2 pencils

Better leave some left overs when you throw your lunch in the trash so the homeless can eat something too.

g2cool's picture 42 pencils

??????

saman's picture 52 pencils

I think it`s a very effective ambient, and that`s great.

Trip's picture 18 pencils

Why do you Arab people copy work exactly as it is and then consider yourself Creative????????

Guest's picture

pam ydy pobl yn dweud pethau drwg, mae pobl yn treid!!!!Welsh...

Guest's picture

Trip! What you said made you look really ridiculous!
You are probably too uncivilized to post this meaningless comment over here..
