I would intentionally drop trash to see if it would make it in the next day. But for this with a conscience, this is great.

excactly, we all know how it works...a man comes in the morning opens the window and puts more garbage into the thing...then somebody else takes a picture of it...its a good concept, but only on paper i am afraid...
