StavropolPromStroyBank: Calendar-abacus
The quantity of spokes and counting beads on them is increased 12 and 356 pieces accordingly against to ordinary abacus. The idea is simple, which is not say about the production.
Manufacturing of an abacus needed 10689 wooden bones (days), 137 metres of steel spokes (months).

Very nice design as an artistic piece... But I'm not sure what it is being sold. The abacus itself or some kind of calendar company? I see it's for a financial service but I have no idea what the tie in is. What's the little plaque say? Maybe that has more info.
looks like mini donuts.....mmmm
Brilliant idea!!!
As a novelty, it's visually interesting, but as an ad it's confusing. I think it's for a bank, but what is its purpose? Even the caption doesn't explain the function. Plus the idea of using an abacus calendar hurts my head. I usually try to be Paula on Ad Idol, but this time I've gotta go with Randy: I'm just not feelin' it dawg.
I dream of a day when chickens will be able to cross the road without being questioned regarding their intentions.
