You would have to test the local post by sending a few dozen to yourself and see what happens. :)
Some will arrive in one piece relatively clean and in legible condition some won't. It depends on the postman and the topical circumstances -
everybody knows it. I guess they try to be funny here but the fact that it's just so not true disturbs me.
Agree with Bknowlden, but its nice anyway.
