Why? What's the point of this? Are they looking for new creatives?
They are telling that you can have an idea anytime. And better trust the advice, because they are the Ideas Company.
Right. But to what end?
Self-promotion, my first guess.
Awards, my second guess.
Of course!!! Sheesh, where's my mind at today? I can't get out of dancing in the fields, it's Friday and the sun is shining and we have a long weekend!
that line is so truee
once i had a great idea as i was falling asleep really tired..
had to get up and find a pen n paper, half sleeping, and wrote it down.
next day i didn't even remember i wrote anything or that i had an idea .. then i saw the piece of paper and iwas like
woww when did this happen..
great
haha
- "Develop your eccentricities while you're young. That way, when you get old, people won't think you're going gaga." -
always carry a pen and notepad.
i am gonna attach one to my pillow
saw it in...
- "Develop your eccentricities while you're young. That way, when you get old, people won't think you're going gaga." -
watch out with the "dreams/films" you get... I ussualy get exited and wake myself up, because i dream the next gold lion, and when i wake up im like "wtf.. dancing burguers scaping from beaing eaten? No way"
Wonder if some where placed at toilet cubicles, but I wouldn't wanna touch the pen though
You mean "stalls"...
Although, I know a few creatives who sit in the so-called "toilet cubicles" who constantly come up with these crappy ideas. You can smell them even before you walk out of an elevator!
good thougth
Yea and they really stink bad!!
This ambient doesn't work for me, it is not the role of public to give ideas but it's the agency's business, so it would be better for internal decoration at saatchi's office to encourage the staff to come with original ideas, but surely doesn't work in public places.
Critics are easy.
drunk people and people on the streets can write down their ideas...and next what happens 100 monkeys phenomenon...use your imaginations...sometimes happens that you don't have a pen near...and tomorrow you forget...it's better to make somethnig than to just criticise, and don't do anything...
