old tires isn't really an idea.... this borders on just littering.... at least put some effort in... like attaching the wheels... or a steering wheel.
And maybe it's just me but don't soap box cars use "little red wagon" wheels, or lawn mower wheels, or even go kart wheels? wow first idea no effort?
