without the upside down skateboard, i don't think people will get the idea. a skater visual printed on the poster might help.

i would guess that the target market - skaters - would get it right away.

but does a rail work for a skater against a wall, or does it have to be out in the open?

Good idea, but no, it doesnt work when its against the wall like that...and 5 feet off the ground. Being in the target, It bugs me that a brand that large didn't fully think that out. Unless it was just the idea, and not meant to be used. The explanation does say that it was used for skaters or bikers(?) to "make a grind"
