Doubt it. This event was featured in The Times of India, Bangalore. With one of these pictures too, if i remember right. I was quite impressed then too.

you didn't think it was shopped so we could read it... i mean an English campaign in India might work but it wouldn't be as strong as if it was written in the local tongue. But it's all right, not everybody has a heighten sense of observation.
