Clever idea - there are two areas that raise questions: The location: a restroom seems to be a fairly weak location for the amount of effort (if it's busy then users are function focused) The layout: particularly the position of the copy and logo. It's quite hard to read the copy in the video until it's highlighted, maybe it's clearer in real life but if not... I would guess that the logo position would lead to poor brand retention (it looks like its far above eye level), if it was in a lower corner at least it would be seen as attention goes from the ant farm towards the sink.

It sounds like I hate this but it would make a fantastic POS piece/ambient in a suitable store especially backed by a take away to bring in the sales.
