Opodo: Heated citylights
Opodo is an online travel company. To promote their getaway holiday destinations the agency came up with heat emitting citylights. Notice the melted snow under the citylight. I wonder why the girl in the picture is not hugging the ad.

its bad because it will attract homless people, and maybe you doesn't want them hanging around you're campaign
I haven't seen a single homeless in Germany. I'm sure there are, but not as much.
