Nike football: Cup
Beer cups were given away in stadiums in which hatred for the "America" soccer team was the greatest. The idea is that once the other team's fans finish their beers, they will find a message at the bottom of the cup which says "Let's drink to the champion of champions, "Club America", hate me even more". This was meant to remind them that the team were the champions and that they had just, unwillingly, drank to them.

They are just explaining the context.
"SALUD" is said frequently in Spain when a person burps in a kind gesture. Maybe it's said in others languages too. Sorry for my bad english.
