What is 'my:45'? An icehockey thing?
Great use of... tug boat.
45 seconds is the average time a hockey player spends on the ice before being switched out. Great idea TAXI.

thansk brandon.
it's a great campaign. 8.5 for this execution. Should score in the Canadian shows and be considered in the serious international shows.
but who am i to judge the second best agency in the world.
but who will see this ad? fishermen? fishes? misplaced ad i think just like the karate chop ad in the middle of a forest.
From where did they shoot the picture? And do you know how many visible rivers, visible sidearms and whatnotelse in Canada exist????? And maybe there was a big sportevent going on....
If you wanna diss something, than you should know the background to it. Just bitchin is too easy.
I saw it float through Fasle Creek by Granville Island (www.granvilleisland.com) and then passed English Bay. Lots of foot traffic in those areas, lots of tourists. Ideal advertising space. And it was quite a spectacle! Even for those not interested in hockey or Naslund.
I live by the Neville Island Hockey rink here in the states, would work great over there.

I think ads like this do better on the internet than in real life! Ive already seen this on 2 link sites so it kinda has a double-whammy effect. Which for advertising can only be a good thing
Strong idea!
It actually ran in the Vancouver harbour, where Markus Naslund (the hockey player in the photo) is from.
It was visible from the entire city, including the NHL arena. 45 seconds is the average time of a hockey
shift. The hockey player is training in the off season to prepare for his shift come hockey season.
Very good thinking, Execution works well
