This is by far your smartest piece. Although collected rain water and melting polar caps are a bit of a disconnect. But very smart work indeed.

good idea though "pipe system" makes it sound complicated. how about "funnel"?
same critisism as in other pieces. call to action.

stupid line spoiled an otherwise neat medium. I wonder if all that stagnant water would attract mosquitoes.

I have to agree with the mosquito breeding concern.

I really like the idea but perhaps in real life, the tank filled with rain water would seem to be not on purpose. People might think it's just a spoiled tank filled with dirty rain water.

Kudos for the creative idea, though.
