Impact, sure it would make. But...dunno how people would find someone else reading out the menu card for them? I mean, "Sir, lenge?. The person, "Haan, par right side mein rate kya hai?"

WTF Simply calling the blind 'Differently Abled' will not do a world of good to anyone. These so called initiatives are more often an attempt on self-glorification by the initiators. If the menu was in braille it is natural that a blind/ one who knows braille would only be able to read it. Similarly had the menu been in Serbo-Croat then only those from Serbia would be able to read it. I don't think that it would have made any difference to the blind, but I'm sure that somewhere, there is a creative team, steeped in self glorification saying to each other 'Great Idea Yaar'
