Yes, done in South Africa about 7 years ago by my ex-art director, it was spaghetti stuck on the ceiling. And it did win an award, not sure what though.

This is terrible. People don't look up. Especially not long enough to figure out what that is on the ceiling, read it and get the concept. Clever. But a waste of effort.
