the impact stays for a long time = more money overall
besides, not so much money was spent on this, because (as usually with those things) people and companies work for free
Well, that was in fact the main comment from those I've talked about this.
And to be able to discuss impact I would need to know what else it was made in therms of propaganda, and I don't. Placement is has important has the ability to bring the audience to meet it.
