I like this...but I've seen this design before, I wish I could find the link - all I know is it was posted on DeviantART.
I'm all for building on other peoples ideas. but this is too much like the other bag that I've seen.
That said, I do like how its black and white, and I love the outline text.

It is always good to see a creative bag. I guess -in this case- they had to make a design for a bag anyway, they just can't hand over the shoebox to the customers. But maybe it has been done before as J Designer said.
