This is a brilliant idea. A person who observes the billboard at different times of day can really appreciate such an innovative concept. Not sure if this will have same impact on one time visitor.

lovely idea, but could someone move this goddamn billboard so I can enjoy the view? Besides, it only makes sense when you see the images together. Is anyone walking by this during the daytime going to go "hey, if it were dawn, her hair would be red!"

Not the same bro. The only thing i would have done differently would have been the eyes, nose and mouth, just leave it in black...nice billboard.
the use of media IS essentially the idea. both had a purpose for utilizing what's behind the poster and even that isn't too different.
