Pretty unimpressed and I wasted 5 and a half minutes waiting for a twist or a deeper explanation of the idea.
liked the connection... and the quick and prompt execution of the idea was even better....

Only cool if it happens to me. Otherwise, high cost and time allocation for minimal impact.
Also, the explanation of how they pick the gifts makes it sounds like their social stalkers...

It's a nice idea, not award-winning, but nice. As a KLM frequent flyer, they really do seem to be trying...
