Although the retouching doesn't make this look very real, these are very cool.

These would bug the shit out of me if I tripped over one or had to slow my cycling down. I hate it when advertising shouts at me too. ''Wake up''... ...''F**k off''.

Wake Up!!
The sole purpose of sleeping policemen/speed bumps is to slow you down. Is that what this product does?
If you were half-asleep would you pedaling like a demon? If you were driving half asleep would you notice these?
This is wrong on so many different levels.

Bingo!
This drink will slow you down is the message I'm getting out of this rather annoying street advertising...

So the purpose of an energy drink is to get pumped up and speed up etc etc. And the purpose of speed bumps is to slow down right???

I dont understand.

i think it plays with the effect of driving too fast over the bumpers, cause that´s what you normally do.
it shakes you and you are wide awake in a second. and that´s exactly what the drink does.

i think the idea is to give you a shake when you're cycling over it... doesn't work with pedestrians though... donno bout this one...

Senhora Kolossa's picture

wtf! seems to be another muddi-work!

I don't see how those look like sleeping policemen...

Add insult to injury then burn the candle at both ends.

WTF

dude, those ARE sleeping policemen! they simply decorated them with stickers.

it shakes you and then youre 100% awake. and thats exactly the benefit of this coffeedrink.

i mean, common guys that is genius: a simple idea with a great thought and good execution.

love it
well done jvm!

Hey Exhale… funny… you're member since one week and five days.
Thats about the date this ambient ad was uploaded. Funny coincidence.

Anyway. It feels very much like constructed SOE. Its nice but not great.
I've seen much better stuff from mister andy trandy (he's a great ad).
He can much better than this!

As a cyclist, I must concur with Exhale, though. It would work with cyclists in the manner he says. And I think the sleeping policemen in the pic are intended for cyclists. If that's the only TG they were trying to target, then OK. Not an amazing ad, but good, nonetheless.
