It gives a horrible image to Ikea, showing that they don't care about the environment, "Sure throw out your old furniture, and buy more junk!"
But it is not about junk. It is about change. I read it as a comment about how throwing things out should make us feel. They did a successful campaign in UK called "Chuck out your Chintz" This is like that, I think
